Coit Cleaning and Restoration Services is Hiring a Franchise Support Manager Near Minnesota, MN
Under general supervision of the Director of Franchise, performs a variety of tasks related to the onboarding, training, and support of franchisees and the Franchise Department. Serving as a liaison between franchisees and COIT, works to ensure franchise relations are maintained, franchise operations are consistent with company standards and compliant with the requirements of the franchise agreement. Qualified candidates should have prior franchise development and support experience and or industry related operational experience. Individuals in this role must have initiative, be a self-starter, possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and capable of solving complex customer service-related issues. The Franchise Support Manager is responsible for top-line sales growth of the franchise system. Additionally, the Franchise Support Manager is responsible for building a strong relationship with franchisees and our corporate team.
